He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Apart from causing £350. worth of damage to my roof and electrics so far and ignoring my emails questioning why they didn't tell me. The job was done quickly and virtually to the agreed specification. Would I recommend them? Probably not just for not coming clean about the damage and not communicating. I had a quote from them for a fence which I was going to take up, also a couple of other jobs to quote for but I am now looking elsewhere. I have no confidence they will tell me if something goes wrong.

Hi, What we do garden overhauls Weed scrub removal borders etc . landscaping design/work Patios turf block paving slate, decking and fencing. Internal painting and decorating. Gloss paintwork and walls. Laminate floors.
AVOID. This woman obviously knows about plants & likes to 'potter' in the garden but she is not a commercial gardener, borrowing our garden tools for example and unwilling to follow my instructions (he who pays the piper calls the tune Becky!) left job unfinished as not happy with quote she had given because taking too long. Paying her by the hour would have been even more of a disaster!
Very courteous and efficient. Arrived promptly by appointment and provided a quote which was very reasonable. In the event we decided to opt for an alternative tradesman who seemed more experienced to undertake what turned out to be a rather more difficult and complex task than originally anticipated.

Use at your own risk. Did good job on garden wall even had comments from passersby say how good it was. Phil even got jobs from local builder based on what he did when they saw it. But as for the rest of the work laying the patio in the garden he quoted £1200 for I expected a first class job considering the actual concrete only cost £305. But he subcontracted it out to someone who did a worse job then I could have done myself. I have been in contact with the person who did it but hasn't sorted.

They arrived on time and did a good job overall. However, I was disappointed that the final charge was higher than the agreed fixed price, despite all the job details being provided upfront. The contractor was also invited to view the site before quoting, so the unexpected increase felt unfair

Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. They came back the next day and did the job explained what they had done at each stage and again showed photos so we could see the work. Very pleased with the result…thanks guys

..the most pathetic company I have used in 40 years as a homeowner..the whole company is in question, the work hardly ever started on time - traffic was to blame - except that Google maps told me that their wasn't a hold up. The work done was awful - and he charged me thousands - and has led to a much higher bill as other professionals were called in to sort the mess.
