Hi I'm Greg and my company is Makerfield Construction LTD, we are a 3 generation family run business, Our men have 4 to 41 years experience, they are qualified with CSCS cards, solid plastering NVQ level 2. There is no job that can not be completed to the highest standards an speedy delivery. We cover all aspects of building works, extensions, garage conversions, media walls, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels , plastering, including MF ceilings gypliner systems floating to rendering systems i.e. Krend which we are certified by Krend and can give a 30 year guarantee. Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. All work done to a good standard with attention to detail and at a fair price. Would definitely use again and would recommend for a wide variety of jobs. Thank you!
