They responded quickly. Did the job so far, so good. Time will tell if the patchwork of rendering stays in place and does the job. I have given them 5 stars on the chance that it does. I had a cracked exposed aggregate driveway. To begin with he seemed confident he could make it look sympathetic to the rest of the drive. I knew it wouldn't look exactly the same but similar. Doing the work ,he used stones not gravel (the same aggregate as the drive). Some stones were left proud not properly embedded. When the concrete had set, the boarding was removed, the sides had no exposed aggregate as with the rest of the drive. After the work he avoided coming to see me to sort things out.

This company did not finish job, left huge mess, did damage. Grossly overcharged, left misspelt invoice. 2 hours after doing half day instead of full, man rang me demanding his money "as needed to buy materials for next job" - but only 1/2 did mine. I did not pay £670 he again demanded for FIVE HOURS. He also "mislaid" my summerhouse key, new lock now installed after 38 years of use of "lost" one. He is untrustworthy and frightened disabled 83 year old widow. He should be struck off your list.
