Carl was methodical in his work, extremely professional. His ideas and assistance with the overall plan for the garden was pertinent to my requirements. He continually kept me informed about what he was doing and how he was progressing. Even in poor weather, Carl ensured he completed what he was able. He invariably worked long hours and was extremely tidy. We are delighted with what he has achieved for us.

I’m Zack Woods, a self-employed carpenter with 6 years of experience in the construction industry. I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside professional carpenters with over 40 years of expertise, learning and refining my skills through a variety of projects. I have completed a variety of projects from crafting small structures like chicken coops to building entire houses. I am not only experienced in carpentry but also skilled in landscaping and operating heavy machinery like diggers for foundation work. Recently, I completed a project building an outdoor garden office, managing every part of the job from start to finish. On this project I did the digger work for the foundations, building the timber frame, putting the roof on, insulation, plaster board and plastering, metal and wooden cladding, flooring, windows and door fitting to the finishing touches of making shelves and putting the TV on the wall. Also putting together and installing a Wood Burner. At 21 years old, I bring a strong work ethic, a passion for construction, and a love for creating quality work. I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

According to these trades people their installation is guaranteed for two years. Since the installation of our decking things have gone wrong and I have tried on several occasions to get them back to put things right. I arranged for a rep that we purchased the composite decking from to come to the house ( he travelled from the north of England ) to explain to them where they had gone wrong. They could not even be bothered to turn up for the appointment. Texts/phone calls just being ignored. Stay clear !!

George and his team did a superb job at our house. His punctuality and communication have been outstanding; he always replies very quickly to messages and sent us countless videos of his work to keep us updated. Kyle renovated our kitchen ready for us to install kitchen units. He put up a new ceiling and plastered the walls. He laid a new floor and told us that he had levelled it for tiles. Floor has not been levelled properly. There is a raised area in the middle of the floor. We can’t tile without relaying. Kyle damaged our UPVC back door, there’s a hole in it. Ceiling has a gap, I can see through to the joists. Can’t contact Kyle, won’t answer phone or message on here.
