He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. William and his sons built a new fence and replaced our patio. They are very hard working and friendly. and dealt well with our difficult neighbour! George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

I'll start with a positive - quality of build was good. Negatives, was told 2 weeks - 5 months later still not completed (3m x 1m shed and some of it was already in place) and had to get another company to finish it at more expense. Was charged for time in sourcing materials, was told it could be completed within my budget when I increased it by £500 and now he is saying I still owe him more money. Took/disposed of quarry tiles I said I wanted. I wont be using him again

I was contacted shortly after I placed my ad. They came to give me a quote within the hour and the job was finished an hour after that. They made a good job of clearing my overgrown garden and took all of the rubbish away too! Would use them again.

Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.
A very bad experience Many faults found in plaster when dried but tradesman refused to return to rectify the faults. Have complained to Rated People. Level of craftsmanship very low
