The guys did a good job but didn’t quite finish all of it. The last job was to build a shed which was in the agreement. Joe promised me someone but 3 weeks later nothing! Lastly, be sure you agree or get in writing what’s to be done. I did agree to an area where a drainage grid was to be placed and it didn’t happen and later there was a disagreement that that wasn’t discussed.
