We were stuck in very stressful, difficult situation and Russel was the only builder interested in building our extension. (Either the Job was to small for others or they were only interested in doing it if they could cut corners.) I will always be grateful for his hard world, kindness, and patience.

It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results. He was always cheerful and friendly even when working in the rain. He was as tidy as he could be with the type of work and cleaned up the site well before he left. Couldn't have asked for more. His pricing was also very reasonable and we would happily use him again and recommend him to others.

However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! We are able to carry out both summer and winter pruning tasks, correct pruning is essential for healthy shrubs and trees, many shrubs pruned incorrectly may not flower correctly and fruit trees pruned incorrectly may not produce healthy yields of fruit.

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.
