Simon was professional from the outset, talked through the job and gave advice to my original plan then provided a very reasonable quote. Simon arrived on time every day and grafted hard to complete the job, he was very patient with me changing my mind as the job progressed and he explained everything clearly as he went. Wow. These guys have worked so hard to get our job finished on time. They have built a retaining wall in our garden with deep foundations, drainage and rendered to a lovely finish. They have cleared the site and completed the job to an excellent standard. They have been polite and helpful, going the extra mile and taking the initiative to solve problems as they arose. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks both for an excellent job done.

A lovely job. Carl and his team worked with me to find a date with my tricky schedule and we’re really prompt and polite in everything from arriving on time, clearing up, getting started and working hard. Carl has checked I’m happy and is coming back to do two tiny things that I wanted changed (not his fault) which I really appreciate. We had new decking and a raised bed and the team have listened to what we wanted before starting.

As a single woman you tend to feel a bit like a gazelle being stalked by lions when dealing with tradesmen. However Damien was professional from the outset which gave me some peace of mind. I originally used Bouchers Building for the installation of a kitchen and utility room. They were able to come in well below my original estimate (and thousands below B&Q's!) without any sacrifice on quality. Since then I've used them for several other projects around the house, including flooring and skirting, at really competitive prices and look forward to using them in the future as well.
