Amazing service from these guys! Really happy from start to finish - they came round to do a quote the same morning I posted the job, and started clearing my garden pretty much straight away. It was no easy job - thick brambles and completely overgrown borders, not to mention the uncut grass. They worked SO hard (even through the rain) and made sure I was happy before moving on to the front garden. All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation
