Excellent service. Very reasonable quote compared to two other companies. When the workers arrived they asked if I was ok with them wearing their outdoor footwear. They collected the items from upstairs, being very careful not to damage any wallpaper, ceilings or door frames. Very polite. I hired Lorring Group Ltd to install an aluminum garden gate and paid a 50% deposit upfront as per their invoice . Unfortunately, the work was never carried out, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no resolution or refund for the deposit. The lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment has been incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I trusted them to deliver the service agreed upon, but instead, I have been left out of pocket. I cannot recommend this company.

John damaged the wall in few places while removing the existing coving and also damaged the newly installed corners. His boss advised that I could fill them in but no amount of filler or paint could hide the damage. Despite supplying all materials they still tried to charge me £16 for two tubes of caulk. No floor protection was used, mess left and damage to wood flooring. Extremely poor quality and lack of skill—avoid at all costs.

Pros: 1) very responsive over text; 2) good price; 3) majority of fencing work was carried out to a high standard. Cons: 1) turned up very late on start day; 2) did not remove rubbish; 3) did not clean before they left (new patio was filthy); 4) used materials I had purchased for other jobs to complete their job; 5) quality of rendering on a small area of external wall was awful; 6) insistently pestered for payment having been slow at providing payment information (which we had to request from them).

ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.
