Walter and his team have done a great job of extending my driveway. They arrived at an agreed time, completed the work really fast and to a high standard. The amount of kit they brought along was impressive.! I would highly recommend Index Groundworks.

Reece was excellent with communication, turning up at the agreed time and date. Although the job was bigger than planned, the price remained the same. Despite the horrendously cold weather, the 3 lads kept going all day. Everything was tidied up on completion, along with the neighbours gardens. If you need any tree work or similar, use these lads...100% recommend.

Very honest , transparent, and polite team , providing a service from concept design to finished product Unfortunately last job was unfinished due to an accident in filey in where I drowned trying to rescue someone in the sea Tragic failed rescue has miraculous happy ending , on youtube I suffered memory loss and severe problems after this and after working for another firm for short while I am ready to start again on my own so please take this into consideration with my last review

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
