Arrived later than arranged. The job was satisfactory but the clearing up afterwards was terrible. Cuttings of trimed hedges left on the flower beds. Muck and grime from gutter cleaning left everywhere. All over windows, door frames and floor. Took me ages to clean up. Asked to clear part of my roof which was extra money, but all the moss was left. Cant say I would recommend this company.

We are a local friendly maintenance company, with realistic prices. specializing in garden and tree work.
Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. I couldn't post a comment without giving the rating (so, I thought it wouldn't be fair to give them a low one) but I can't say this company is either good or bad as I was never in touch with them.

I didn't have the work done. They came across as unprofessional and pushy. I can't coment on the quality of the work but I can coment on the quote process. Just verbal price. When I pushed for an email quote I just got the price again and little else. Nothing about what they were going to do as part of the job. I expect better. The last few tradesmen I have had on Rated have been excellent full written quotes and professional from the start. These guys even had to ask if they could borrow a tape measure!
