Francis was very professional with his attitude and knowledge of the job that I required. he was very reasonable with his quote. didn’t ask for any money up front to start the job. which gained my trust straight away. Gave me a quote, then changed saying i had told him i wanted the tiles taken down & replacing with cladding. Asked a few times for money upfront. Still waiting for an invoice & guarentee . Again asked a number of times but it's a no show. Didnt turn up a couple of times. Making the very unreliable. Looking for new builder now to do the back

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Vincent contacted me very quickly and came out within a few days to look at my job. We agreed a price and he and his team of four fixed the gutter straight away within an hour. They seemed knowledgeable, offered a guarantee and kept me informed throughout. I have had no leaks since they did the work and would certainly recommend them. The price of £250 seemed a lot but I guess that's what you have to pay nowadays.
