Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.

Patrick returned today to clear the mess left behind by the previous workers. He also improved a wooden barrier that was too small. This was a refurb job rather tha new project and I thin k he found it challenging.

Came very quickly, explained every part of the job and what they’d need to do. Really friendly and great work.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Although chimney repair work was done well enough, the subsequent roof repair work was very poor. After complaining and sending photos of the bad workmanship, they returned and did all the work they should have done first time as originally agreed. However, after chasing for 3 months, the promised insurance-backed guarantee was sent as a photo and the insurance company shown, Home Pro, confirmed they were not insured, so the “guarantee” is worthless. Poor workmanship, over-priced and misleading information.
