Top quality workmanship, excellent experience from Martin & lads. Fast & thorough. Martin took photos to show what he found & explained what needed doing. He completed what I knew was needed & he told me & showed me what was also required. They quickly sorted the issue. Both front & back were done just in time for storm Bert to hit. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Very bad service. Paid £150 for 15 minutes, where he just tightened a seal. The following day my kitchen flooded and they refused to come out for three days so had to call another plumber. No refund or apology.

Quick response, very polite during interactions and kept informed at every stage of the job. Issues were presented with solutions and outline of costs. Willing to work with you to the agreed solution. The guys were aware of their surroundings and cleaned up as they went along and took the waste with them. Work was conducted quickly (before the snow came) and i would use them again.
