He gives good prices, but in the end leaves you hanging. Luke replastered the whole house, but some of the work was sloppy. My living room wall is still covered with bumps, which he was supposed to fix before his dad redecorated. His dad painted right over them. This is just one of several problems. So then Luke asked for an early payment and that he would sort all the problems I raised and until then I can hold off 100 pounds. He has since buggered off. I call him, I now get voice mail. Turned up on time though didn't keep to his time scale (aware that some problems can't be avoided). Disappointed with the quality of work carried out to my bay window. Couple of excuses. Little extras not carried out. Stated he would return to finish a few things but hasn't. Not one to complain too much just wouldn't hire again and wouldn't recommend.

-10 Do not use a guy from Grimsby called Ryan. Felted small shed roof, very few roofing tacks used and was not sealed down. No removal of old felting only patched up. Blown off within TWO Weeks was a total Botched Up Job, quoted £500 then told needed another £200 after job done...Just taken advantage of an elderly man.

James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

I've just had a full re-roof job done..... main roof spot on. extension roof took 4 attempts to get it reasonable (will now hae to pay another company to get it right) also had bay window roofs done in fibreglass. just pools up with water (could of bought a fish tank cheaper) another job i need to pay an expert to do
