Once we confirmed we would like him to do the work, he arrived as scheduled with one other worker, and they had the job done in the time indicated. Homecraft UK Ltd were of no help with general gardening by their own admission although that was what I had requested. However they did contract to clean, repair and renew the guttering and replace and fix any broken and missing roof tiles. This they did with great thoroughness and attention to detail, and made a really good job, although I thought the price was high. Having said that, they went the extra mile to ensure a good job.

Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!
