We had a stable block reroofed with Onduline. A relatively easy job for a roofer so no problems. Communication was excellent they quoted promptly, turned up as planned, on time. Had minor roof, soffit & fascia repairs done plus rainwater pipes cleaned out. Quality of work was ok, however their pricing quotations were at a silly high level. Watch out for the upsell, I was quoted £20K for a new roof!

ended up putting a completely wrong colour of silicon in my bedroom which completely spoilt the look despite him saying it gives a different kind of look. I was completely new to doing a house, so didn’t know what will work and what won’t. Ignoring the choice of colour part, there were smudges of silicon at many places and i wouldn’t call it a neat job per my standards. But each one could have different standards.

Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied.
