Please see pics for examples of some of my work. I will take on work ranging from small maintenance jobs up to extensions and house builds and anything in between. Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!

Ivan has exceeded all expectations on the repointing of our house. He turned up at 8.00am every day untill the job was finished. He cleaned up every night before he left so his area was spotless. Also my next door neighbour was so impressed he hired him to do the same job on his house which has lead to two more jobs on our street. He better hurry because I want him back working for me on other jobs. A true find, hardworking, polite and above all he has an extreame level off pride in what he does.

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.

Sorin did my first job on time but for my next job, he started it near Christmas but hasn’t returned since to complete it. Initially he said that he will come back and finish it but now he has disappeared. I will avoid him for future jobs
