It's that time of year.roofing guttering and repair. I have 28 years experience in the building trade. I started out training as a stonemason which lead to general building and am qualified in both. Been waiting 3 months for them to fix the leaky guttering and flat roof that they fiitted.They promised to come every week but haven't. They don't let you know thier not coming and each time you contact them they have another excuse

These remarks from Sergiu are exactly what I suggested in my very positive first review of his work. Unfortunately he lacks professional communication skills. He loses proffesional boundaries and makes it very personal, it's a cultural and language issue made worse by his righteousness. This has been very upsetting. His attitude comes across as aggressive and his behaviour is defensive...I wish Sergiu well, because his work is excellent, just get off on the right foot and all will be well????
