He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days! Damaged the dress table by using electrical screwing machine instructions clearly advise NOT to use an electrical screwdriver. The doors are not level and drawers not closing properly. Blamed the manufacturer but this is high end table from a respected manufacturer.. poor quality service.
