Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Malaki answered my request on Rated people to move my tv mount to the center of the wall in bedroom. We agreed a price and he was over the next day exactly on time to begin the work. Although complex the job required special tools Malaki was able to remove heavy tv mount from wall and refix in better position. He also caulked over empty holes to polish off properly. GW glass, I hired him ( on 5th Sept 24) to replace double glazed windows handles which were loose. He knew nothing about how to do the job. He has damaged the locking mechanism of the 3 windows by making more holes in the windows. They are completely damaged now and he doesn’t want to accept that it was his fault. Which will now cost me £2600 to replace them. Please be aware of him, no one should hire him as he has no knowledge installing or repairing double glazed windows or their handles.
