He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
I’m hard working and friendly person that like to meeting new people and help them. Doing carpentery, made to measure furniture, loft conversions and extensions, staircases, fitt kitchens and bedrooms, wood flooring, assembling furniture and fitting it, also fitting doors and windows, change locks. Very unprofessional. I needed two double glazing handles replaced. Which they did, but then I showed him my living room window handle &he started saying “ooh thus dangerous it needs to be changed. He removed a long metal bit under the frame, which he then couldn’t replace as a spring fell out but did not tell me at the time. He then replaced the handle on that window charged me for all three windows. Then as he drove off I went to open the window and it can’t close. Said would come back & never did!
