Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

All of the window sills internally he done for me where really bad also. He did give me £100 refund. But that didnt even cover the cost for a building notice. Dave is a nice genuine fella who did go out of his wat to come back and clean windows and showed willingness. Everyone has there bad days so hopefully this was just one of Dave's. Excellent from start to finish. Andy was very professional and even made suggestions on how we could save money on a black composite door. Quote was competitively priced. Once the windows and doors were ready we were contacted quickly and they were fitted the next week. The fitters only took 2 days were extremely hard working and very tidy besides the new windows and doors there was no evidence they had even been. Couldn't have been happier with the job.
