Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Alex was very friendly and easy going, I asked for the work to be done on a certain day and he was able to fit me in, on arrival I explained what needed doing and he carried the work out to a very high standard, I was extremely happy with the work he has done and he even took the rubbish with him. We went with a local handyman because the job was not necessary after all at this level. However Niss was ever the professional diligently quoting and reliably efficient

James moved a radiator adding new pipe work. Job was completed in a day, he cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure having h8m n my home. I will give James a call when I need more plumbing done.

It was what lead us to being happy to hire Tim. He did exactly what he was hired to do and gave advice on other areas of house maintenance. It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.
