Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

They were very responsive and reliable and returned to fine tune the door once it had been painted. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
A handyman arrived who couldn’t find my house... I asked for Belgravia to send me someone at 11 am this morning. Two men arrived at 9:40. It was clear neither had English as a first language and one used Google translate. That’s all fine as long as they do the job. The taps were changed. Water is having been switched off, but the bloke disappeared before I could approve the job or confirm the water had been switched on again..other minor job completed well. Doubt I will use them again.
