Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Great job. We had a massive amount of bamboo to remove, plus extending the patio, building a new concrete planter over 6 metres long and 1 metre wide, new patio lighting and new facia boards on the adjoining building. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
