He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. Very unprofessional. I needed two double glazing handles replaced. Which they did, but then I showed him my living room window handle &he started saying “ooh thus dangerous it needs to be changed. He removed a long metal bit under the frame, which he then couldn’t replace as a spring fell out but did not tell me at the time. He then replaced the handle on that window charged me for all three windows. Then as he drove off I went to open the window and it can’t close. Said would come back & never did!
