Archie was fantastic. He deserves the five stars given. Not only did he come in at the budget provided, but communicated several times and promptly on text and email. He arrived on time and even though we had supplied him with what a keylock company had said we needed - it was wrong - he went out and got the correct locks that were needed for the job and never charged extra or anything. He sent us an invoice after the job and we paid him. Simple. What a joy to get 5 star service in the current climate.

Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. Within a few hours of the job going up Chris was here, it was a tougher job than expected as our leak was behind tiles. It turns out the kitchen filters had caught a pipe and tried to cover it rather than repair properly. Chris took photos and videos for our insurers resulting in a successful claim, he fixed the leak and also did everything he could to keep the cost down - testament to his honesty and years of experience. Mark did a range of work for of us, none of which were easy jobs, but all of them were completed to a high standard. Mark has a keen eye for detail and his experience means he was able to offer functional solutions to solve our joinery related issues. Mark did a range of work from fitting a new double door frame and casing to hanging the doors, fitting a range of door furniture throughout the house and filling in 2 gaps in our floor boards where walls had been removed. Would highly recommend.
