We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. Avoid him at all costs.

I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. I won't hesitate to use his services again.He was extremely reliable and professional arrived at the time he said and he tidied up at the end of each day’s work. I thoroughly recommend him! Michael quoted and agreed to do the job. He then cancelled at the last minute on 3 separate occasions with different excuses. He finally stopped responding to messages and I had to find someone else to do the work. Project delayed by 3months. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person
