However, the communication was terrible, the contractor Lewis Brown was not able to produce a receipt for the work and parts and finally he did not pay the builders who worked on site. We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed.
