Very smooth, professional job from start to finish. Everything done when agreed between myself and the builder. Job finished more than a day ahead of schedule. Everyday we came into the house there was very little disruption and the job site kept clean. When the job was finished the room was left extremely clean and practically dust free. Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Shocking... First attempt to mend leaking gutter was a clearly botched job which would have seen water pouring out in front of my window the first time it rained. Sure enough it did, and they came back to attempt a fix, but only succeeded in moving the drips along, and dislodging the connection to my neighbour's gutter, causing a leak in front of their door. I've chased numerous times, with a commitment made to come in the following week broken each time without even a message.

We manufacture and fit certified fire-doors full time. Hi I’m Matthew, I work at a fire door firm, any work I can bring in for myself or the firm is ideal. With new door installs we aim to survey, manufacture & fit within 2 weeks, (door number dependant). Tools & vans & labour is a given. We take on and firedoor works (remedials & new installs) , and any related fire works I.e. firestopping and fire rated partitions / ceilings. We work to a high standard given that fire-doors have strict tolerances and product specifications. We only use the correct products (mastic & A1 / firebatt and blue 60 foam where allowed) and fire-rated ironmongery. We include a report with our works which includes before, during and after photos with any comments / suggestions relating to fire safety. Work in mostly with contracts on care homes and student accommodation, tidiness and quality work is guaranteed - always willing to go back. Working with contracts, there can be breaks in-between phases of works smaller jobs are perfect as well!
