Karl was a nice guy, came up with a reasonable quote and worked through some modifications to the quote, however, I was unable to hire him as he refused to have any kind of written agreement / contract confirming the terms of the work. It’s a shame, because I wanted to work with Karl but wasn’t willing to spend so much money with nothing specific in writing.

Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price. Wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again or recommend to friends and family.
I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. "Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"

Stefan was polite and very tidy. He did a fantastic job of replacing my shower and at a competitive price. His work was to a very high standard and he was able to provide practical solutions when problems arose - such as floor not being level. He was able to do plumbing, carpentry and tiling so it saved me having to employ various tradesmen. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures so I could see the progress of the work. He completed the work on time.I would have no hesitation in using Stefan again
