True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
