Very pleased with the whole experience from the visit for an estimate to setting a date and days the work was carried out, because I had a leak was given possible damage repair figures if it required extra materials or work no frighteners but sound advice. Fortunately the weather just held off long enough for the work to be done. Warning their serial tea drinkers but that maintained their energy and skill levels. There were 5 the first day and all could swap and change so keeping the job flowing.

This firm is horrendous. If you want a professional job at a fair price, do not hire this firm. I've given them 1 star because the system won't allow a no star rating. Lewis Brown is good with the spiel, but can't or won't back it up with his actions 'The best tilers, a good carpenter", none of this was evident. A total lack of professionalism. Never used dust sheets, didn't have anything to mop water up with, left a mess every evening. And if he gives you a time for anything add 3 hours minimum.

I have been working for 9 - 10 years so far.Recently I have been working on someone kitchen and they are amazed by our work.They told me to get it done before a specific amount of time but I got it done before that .The work I do never requires a clean up after.

We had David and his team of Bill and Lee replaced a window in our bathroom that had been really badly fit by a previous builder. They were quick in ordering the window and were extremely professional throughout the process. When it came time to replace the window they did it quickly and efficiently cleaning up after themselves and they even cleaned up the previous builders mess as well. We contacted Mr Bone in April and paid him a 50% deposit (£1000) after he quoted a 5 week lead time. He kept postponing the date until in September we cancelled the job and asked for our money back. Despite receiving £200 he again failed to live up to promises to repay the remainder. We have issued a small claims court order and also a county court judgment against Mr Bone. A very disappointing experience

Leroy & his brother Archie are what I would call "old school" Caribbean chaps who operate with a basic instinct for a job properly & well done! Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time.
