Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. I hired Magna Homes for a 10-week renovation, but 18 weeks later, the work is still incomplete. The extension was built in September, but the roof hasn’t even started. Delays and poor communication have caused significant financial strain, as I had to remortgage my house and can’t move back in. Weekly assurances to resume work have been broken repeatedly, leaving my home in an uninhabitable state. This experience has been frustrating and highly unprofessional.
