George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Paul was amazing and professional person. I had few people coming to check the tiling job and he was the only one who came and explained in details what needs to be done, what things to avoid and suggestions of how to make things better. BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.
After negotiations, I eventually obtained a refund for work carried out.
