Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. I'm very pleased with the repairs to the wall fixings and refix of our heavy motorized satellite dish which had come loose in the recent winds. The job was done very efficiently and promptly for the agreed budget and we are very pleased with the result. Lee Charles recently finished my new driveway, steps and walls which included brickwork, omega blocks and sandstone tiles. Lee's work was professional and thorough throughout and he took time over even the smallest details on the project. Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. They are very reliable, punctual, friendly and got the job done as quickly as they can and go the extra mile by asking questions all the time to make sure what we were going to get is what we wanted. Would highly recommend them.

The tradesman was absolutely fantastic, professional, understanding, helpful and even provided some key advice. I would use this tradesman again at a drop of a hat. Had to wait on a plumber, which was no problem. In fact everything was "no problem". A pleasure to have met such a gentleman along with someone who did a fantastic job. 5 stars all round!

Julian and his team were the best building experience we have ever had ---without doubt. Julian is incredibly friendly and helpful working with us closely throughout the build to check we were kept in the picture, happy satisfied and on budget. Julian's team of workers were the most friendly and hard working we have ever experienced, always ready to meet our requests. I gone through many builders for my bathroom job and need ideas to sought out leaking and do designing for bathroom no body can help me and said they will come back to me ,Then one of my friend told me about rated people where I post the job get response straight way from mr. Deep who made appointment with me . He is very professional , come on time and give me good ideas as I am 54 he help me out with many things and sought out the bathroom for me . Reliable, respectful and quality. Absolutely fantastic work. Door installation including frame was a perfect fit, used his ideas well to recommend best position. Finished work in the promised time scale and cleaned the area up very nicely afterwards. Very flexible, nothing was too much trouble. Fair and reasonable on price. Highly recommended.

I have just had my loft conversion, then followed by an extension, driveway and summer rooms built by ceka construction, they are hardworking, talented and polite people, Roland himself is a perfectionist so there is no reason to oversee his work, he makes sure it is done properly. It took me many years to decide on getting building work done on my house after hearing all the horror stories, but I am grateful to have found Roland and his team who made my home renovation a stress fee project and finished within the time promised, the team worked daily between 8 and 5pm rain or shine, unlike other builders who seem to string you along once they are in, my loft was completed in a month whereas other builders gave a lead of time of 6 to 8 weeks, this is because Roland uses twice as many people, also each person he uses is a specialist to his trade, not a multi tasker..and this is where you are able to see the difference in workmanship. They have left me with a perfect house, I would recommend him to anyone and he will soon be working with other members of my family.

In a nutshell, Marius and his team are great. They're kind, respectful and Marius is always available to answer every question you have - he def is the most knowledgeable builder I've spoken to. You get a very transparent estimate and sign a contract, for both parties' peace of mind. If extras come up, Marius openly discuss them with you before taking any action - my job required quite a few and Marius was also great to stay competitive price-wise whilst keeping the quality of the work sky-high.

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.

Damion from swift & neatmuilttrader ltd was fantastic!! he came & viewed the chimney, gave me a very reasonable quote, also didn't make a fuss as some other roofers did!! did the work in under 30min.. excellent job, he very professional. will be using him again on other bits around the house! 5 Star.
