George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Mike and his team are really lovely people, nothing was too much trouble. Lots of comments from people passing and neighbours on how impressed they are with the speed of construction and the final results. Overall Paul and his team did a great job, the workmanship is acceptable, and the team were friendly, helpful and open to discuss what they were doing. However; it often felt like my job was being juggled with other more important jobs, I’ve been asked by subsequent trades how it took over a year to complete a job that should have taken a few months. There are several issues that Paul has refused to rectify, the roof leaks (which has just cost me £7k to replace). Overall I’m disappointed in the service.

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.

A person from the company came to the house, looked at the job, promised an estimate. Haven't heardanything since.
Very pleased with the work done, not quite finished yet but happy to pay the bill and await their return next week to complete works. Work done quickly and efficiently. Happy to answer my numerous questions. Fairly priced and able to do more than just plastering which was what I needed. Would have no reservations to recommend and would definitely use again.
I will not be recommending this company as the workmanship done by Abcot Plastering is terrible, I offered a return to put works right, but as Abcot Plastering refused to take responsibility for very poor workmanship, and declined to put all works right to a proffesional standard. I am now having to pay for all works to be redone elsewhere.
