James is a pleasant young man whose standard of workmanship is very good. He understood the requirements of the job - transforming a very ugly toilet into an inviting one - he worked very hard to meet expectations - to which he succeeded. Rini and his team were excellent! They were prompt, completed the job quickly and to an extremely high standard. A bonus for us was the thorough clean up they did each day.
