IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

TILE HALL. Very disapointed with Kevin's end result, The floor is'nt level., it took 6 weeks and the job still wasn't finished, He kept going off to other jobs and in the end it was left to us to dispose of old floor which I had paid extra for him to do. Kevin is not the most tidy or cleanest of workers and we were often left to clean up, there was also bits of finishing which I would have expected him to do ie replacing bits of skirting that he removed. I acknowledge there was problems with the tiles
George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
