George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.

R.T builders gave me two quotes both within by budget. Good feed back on suggestions. A few snags, but soon sorted. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Friendly polite & did an excellent job.

Arnes was good at communicating with me throughout the process. He provided an approximate cost by phone then visited to take measurements and firm up on the price. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. I certainly made the correct choice as Arnes work was of a very good standard and he was both prompt and tidy. I will certainly be using Arnes again.

Firstly, the new composite decking was done extremely well by Alf and his team. Great communication from him and cannot fault anything thing him or his team did. But, since the decking was done there have now been two occasions that one of the decking lights have failed. 1st defect was a wiring issue which was resolved by the electrician Conor, the current fault has now been resolved. Lawrence & sons) which began building and contracting in 1903. CSCS cards (Construction safety) and DRB checks held, plus all necessary liability insurances . City and Guilds trained at Bucks University College in cabinet making. Recommendation "We have recently employed NML Contracts to undertake work on our house of a challenging nature and for which the usual jobbing builder and plumber declined to quote. NML Contracts have demonstrated skills and initiative in dealing with the unexpected and produced a thoroughly satisfactory and pleasing result which has materially improved the attractiveness and serviceability of the house . The work included incorporating a porch into the lounge area , requiring an RSJ some 4.4m in length, In the course of construction t was found that the roof was concrete and was supported by the outer skin of the house, whereas the roof of the house was conventional timber and was supported by the inner skin. It was therefore necessary to use the RSJ to support the concrete and provide suitable timber supports for the main roof . This was done most expertly and quickly and was approved by the building inspectors. All energy conservation requirements were fully met . David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!
