George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. NVQ qualified level 2 site carpenter since 2020. I have experience in others bespoke areas of carpentry such as furniture making and storage solutions, such as under stair storage and wardrobes. Other general building areas I have experience in is UPVC windows and doors, dry lining and handyman jobs.

Nice guy but let me down terribly. I needed 3 rooms to have new ceilings. A messy job and taking the old ones down was fine, but they ran out of time, failed to complete the job leaving gaps in the plaster on the walls and failed to skim the plaster board on the ceilings. Shocking result- they were too concerned about the large job they had and left my rooms in a shocking state.

Very considerate, excellent workmanship, willing to offer sage advice. Other trades people engaged by Pete also very polite and highly competent. The job did run over the expected duration however Pete kept us informed as he progressed. Using Pete for the next job on the house is a no-brainer.

We are family based team covering most trades including carpentry and joinery, decorating, kitchen fitting, extensions, loft extensions and electrical works at good competitive prices.

Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
