Tim and Adam arrived bang on time at 7:30 am. Very friendly and did exactly what we had agreed beforehand. He actually gave me a small reduction on the quoted price as he didn't use all the material he had quoted for. The job took longer than Tim had anticipated (some tricky carpentry required) but they worked on through to complete it in one day, as promised. They also cleared up nicely at the end and took away all the debris. Our summer house should now last another 20 years at least!

Their own innate generosity led to a number of occasions when they offered help of some kind for me personally, when I was already dealing with a couple of other irritating jobs at the same time. Very pleased with the whole experience from the visit for an estimate to setting a date and days the work was carried out, because I had a leak was given possible damage repair figures if it required extra materials or work no frighteners but sound advice. Fortunately the weather just held off long enough for the work to be done. Warning their serial tea drinkers but that maintained their energy and skill levels. There were 5 the first day and all could swap and change so keeping the job flowing.
