After giving this company 5 star rating i have now changed it to a 1 , did as they advised waited a few days for cement to dry then hosed my wall and left to dry wall looks bad,rang Chris who assured me he would come out on tuesday,no show i rang him using 3 phones as he blanked my calls said hed come out today,no show blanked my messages ,use at your peril now have hire someone to rectify his bad work

I have been a plumber for 15 years I did an apprenticeship in plumbing and gas at 16 years old once I qualified i joined a company that did refurbishments and extensions in charge of a team that did the full internal of the jobs where I learned my other trades: We are specialist bathroom fitter for all wall hung systems and concealed specialist units. These guys were fantastic, turned up on time and did a great job. Ended up staying quite late into the evening fixing a mystery plumbing issue ( no fault of theirs) and didn't leave until it was perfect. They even came back 20 minutes later because they thought they'd forgotten to tidy something up. Couldn't ask for better service. Really nice, friendly people, who get the job done properly at a reasonable price. Would recommend and will be using again.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
