When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.
