NML Contracts combines over 60 years of experience in the construction industry. Specialising in bathroom and kitchen transformations, we are experienced in all areas of the industry including office interiors, school washrooms, bespoke receptions, partitioning, tea points, structural alterations, garage conversions, etc .Nigel and Barry Lawrence are descendants of the Lawrence family builders of Maidstone; (R. Lawrence & sons) which began building and contracting in 1903. CSCS cards (Construction safety) and DRB checks held, plus all necessary liability insurances . City and Guilds trained at Bucks University College in cabinet making. Recommendation "We have recently employed NML Contracts to undertake work on our house of a challenging nature and for which the usual jobbing builder and plumber declined to quote. NML Contracts have demonstrated skills and initiative in dealing with the unexpected and produced a thoroughly satisfactory and pleasing result which has materially improved the attractiveness and serviceability of the house . The work included incorporating a porch into the lounge area , requiring an RSJ some 4.4m in length, In the course of construction t was found that the roof was concrete and was supported by the outer skin of the house, whereas the roof of the house was conventional timber and was supported by the inner skin. It was therefore necessary to use the RSJ to support the concrete and provide suitable timber supports for the main roof . This was done most expertly and quickly and was approved by the building inspectors. All energy conservation requirements were fully met . The work also included two en suite bathrooms for which pumped drainage was necessary " Satisfied customer , D.G.W.

I hired NML contracts to refit my bathroom. The result is simply stunning. We’re so happy with it. Nigel was friendly, easy to work with and took great care to keep things neat and tidy during the works. We will use NML for a larger renovation job we have soon.

Simple job turned out to be not so simple. Turned up exactly when he said he would, did a good job, including taking on the extra degree of difficulty we had not foreseen. We are so pleased with the work carried out. We did not know much about NPS before, and had to put a lot of trust in Neil. He repaid our trust with honesty and hard work. Robin and his team were very professional,fast and very reasonable..We have ended up using them to re-do our whole bathroom including making our shower and taps they also fitted all our radiators and plastered (included polished plaster) throughout the house. The work was exceptional and creative. Highly recommended and we will only use him and his friendly team from now on.
