Stephen and Damo did an excellent job of removing part of a wall and installing an RSJ. He was quick to send over a quote, was able to fit in the work before Christmas and generally did an excellent job with it all. The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
