Fatjon did the most fantastic job installing my bespoke Plantation Shutters into the bay window of my Victorian cottage. He was punctual, considerate, polite & the level of his craftsmanship was first class. The shutters look amazing & so much better than I had expected because of his finishing touches. Bathroom work- I had a disappointing experience with this builder. Within just 1 yr of completing th work, we had 4 separate water leaks, resulting in thousands of pounds in damage. Th quality of materials used was subpar. On escalating these issues & asking for compensation, th builder simply told us to file it in court rather than taking responsibility for th problems. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from choosing this builder. We expected much better materials, workmanship & accountability.
