A fantastic job by Adam who, on his own, widened existing window and door gaps, fitted new window/door, re-skimmed walls and ceilings (including removing artex and beams from the ceiling), decorated, tiled and fitted a new kitchen supplied by us (including the installation of gas hob, cooker, washing machine and dishwasher) and laid a new floor. Adam is excellent value for money and extremely reliable. Highly recommended!
Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Tidy every night. Accommodating. Excellent standard of work. Very happy customers. Intend to use this company again.
Pete is a very reliable builder. He turned up on time, completed everything in the time agreed, and liased with building inspectors on our behalf. We would highly recccomend him and his team for anyone who who needs a reliable builder; who doesn't need supervision, and takes the stress out of contacting building inspectors. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. Great work. Did some great weather edge reprinting on the old house. Turns up early, works late if he needs and just puts the hours in as he cares about doing a good job for you.
